Made an appointment 4 o’clock Because I was off work and needed a tooth extraction. And then they called me back and told me sorry the dentist had to leave for the day. We will have to reschedule your appointment. Not good when that was the only place you could make an appointment. And it’s too late in the day to make an appointment somewhere else

My service was great! The only problem I have is that you won’t refund the money you owe me for your mistake of not sending X-ray to my insurance company in 10/23. I know that they have paid everything now and you still won’t give me my refund over $1000.00 dollars that you over charged me because of your mistake.

I am so happy about my decision to go here! Everyone that worked there is so Nice and genuinely made me Feel like they wanted to Help me today and they did! I broke my bottom denture that has studs in it that I had done in 2016 in Illinois at a Affordable Denture place. This doctor said he hadn’t seen this material used nor did he think they were placed correctly. Next step is an oral surgeon to remove these and do new implants and denture. I’m thankful they are Repairing what I have and so quickly Too!!! I would definitely recommend Aspen dental to everyone!

I have a HIGH anxiety level when it comes to the dentist. Way too many bad experiences else were prior too. Everyone here was so nice and understanding! Very helpful. Took the edge off and was able to provide multiple options and walked me through them as well! I have a long road ahead of me with them but for the first time I’m not wanting to run from the dentist and ready for them to implement the plan we agreed on together!

I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a hot minute and needed to get a crown fixed. I was able to quickly find an appointment and it didn’t take long for them to make a plan. It was all reasonable and it was fixed within a few appointments. The staff were really helpful and kind! They really helped ease my anxieties about getting back to the dentist.
