This place gave me a price for a root canal, and once they found I had 2 insurances, they decided to double the charges and would not refund the money I paid upfront. I sent a complaint into the State Board and The Better Business Bureau and because I am assuming they know they are wrong they would not answer when the BBB contacted them about the complaint. I am attaching the complaint # so anyone who sees this post can look it up if they would like, I am just trying to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of by this office. This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 1/18/2024 against Bright Smile Family Dentistry. Your complaint was assigned ID 21164844. Better Business Bureau has made two attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond.
