I have been in twice now and can without a doubt say that those visits have been the best dental experiences of my life. From the kind and helpful front desk to the compassionate, skillful team and finally the knowledgeable and thorough Dr Decker, I highly recommend East Norman Dental. I love it here!!! So much that I am still inside the office doing the review. I couldn’t wait! I called this morning because my bf has had a tooth pain so bad he hasn’t been able to sleep. They were able to get us in a couple hours later and everyone has been so incredibly kind! Customer service is so important to me because it sets the vibe for the business. From the moment I called I knew it was gonna be great. They walked us through everything from checking in, to the procedure, pay, and what they’re doing in the procedure for a root canal. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years but watching them take care of my bf who has only been once in his entire 33 years has me excited for my turn! Please come here for anything. They make you feel like home. Oh and not to mention it looks like a beautiful home from a magazine when you walk in
