Great experience! I was so anxious about the surgery! That’s the first time I was ever put under anesthesia I gently fell into a nap and woke up and my surgery was complete! She gently help me to a wheelchair I don’t remember much of it but I do remember how kind and gentle the doctor and assistant were! Thank you!!

I have a lot of medical trauma and issues w doctors due to extensive health issues. This extends into dentistry as well. Dr. Silpa at Gentle Dental has been the kindest and gentlest dentist I’ve ever dealt w in my 40 years. It takes a lot to get me numb, so she even thinks to remind me to take ibuprofen shortly before my appointments to help it along. I may still have anxiety as I come in, but it’s nothing like it used to be and that’s all bc of this office. I won’t lie, I’ve been to another Gentle Dental location and they were all so sweet and kind, but the doctor I had to see wasn’t up to par, at all. Thankfully that person is gone, but I’d still prefer to only deal w the East Ridge location. My husband did everything to avoid the dentist for years, but he now goes every six months w no issue bc of how comfortable Dr Silpa, and the team, make him!

My family and I have been going to this location for almost 4 years. The front desk staff are always professional and very friendly. All of the hygienists are knowledgeable and very light handed. They make sure to clean your teeth but don’t cause pain in the process. Dentist Nekkalapudi always take the time to explain any procedures and to answer any and all questions. Overall excellent experience each time.

I recently had my first appointment with the new dental hygienist Kat and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and at ease. The cleaning was thorough and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. What really stood out to me was Kat was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and attention to detail. You can tell she truly enjoys teaching her patients about oral hygiene, because it shows! I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful dental hygienist and I hope she sticks around. We appreciate the exceptional experience. Five stars isn’t enough- Kat deserves ten!
