I knew it won’t be best service based on previous experience but I gave it a try years later. I came in for an exam and X-rays. At clinic nurse asked me what teeth I was concerned of so she only took X-rays of those teeth. They did X-ray on two teeth! I asked why, I need all teeth since I haven’t had X-rays don’t in a while “ answer was we need to ask doctor to do other teeth”. Doctor only saw those two teeth and said others she won’t look at cuz this is only 5 mins visit and I’m already taking more time. I was in the chair for 30 mins already waiting for them. Plus clinic looked pretty empty (dead) And that if I want exam I need to schedule another appointment. I was asking her other questions and doctor seems like she has no idea what she is doing very lost, plus no communication between doctor and nurse. Left frustrated for waiting MINE time coming in for nothing.

I waited for 4 months to get in and had checked before making the appointment to make sure they take my insurance and when I finally got there, they said they did not and nonchalantly asked if I would like to reschedule as if I hadn’t already waited several months to get in.

The people working the front desk here are a joke. My husband was there for an appt and the ladies at the front desk were gossiping and laughing at other clients, total disrespect. On top of that they got an attitude with him and were very disrespectful. I will be calling their supervisors because their behavior is completely uncalled for. I also have video of it and make sure something gets done about it

Dr Barry is the best dentist I’ve ever had. shes super gentle, efficient and informative. Can’t lie I usually feel extremely anxious and negative about dental work. I’ve had mostly bad experiences. But this location is changing that story and showing me preventative work doesn’t have to be painful! Everyone is also always professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thank you staff.

I’m sad with the negative reviews. I came in with a tooth that I thought had to be pulled. I was right but unfortunately it was 2 that had to be pulled. She did so quick and pretty painless considering what I was going through. My next appointment wasn’t for quite awhile. But when I did get back in all my appointments were together and pretty much back to back. This is a very busy place that takes quality care of each and every single patient. The receptionists are always so nice and helpful, also they do well with multitasking. Be patient, and arrive early for your appointment!
