It was my first visit and all the staff were very friendly. The tech explained everything to help alleviate my anxiety and Dr Allender was so kind and helpful in helping me understand my dental care plan. Great family service!

Pioneer is the absolute BEST dental office I’ve EVER been to. From the second you walk in, to the moment you leave, you will feel in good hands. The ladies working up front are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was able to schedule appointments and inquire about financial programs with ease. The office is clean and organized and non-clinical feeling. The nurses are so nice, gentle and understanding of any needs or special circumstances. The Doctor is really something special. He is attentive and caring and very smart, considering his words and course of action carefully before commiting. The office has multiple options for lessening financial burden as well as Membership Programs for general visits. I will be making this my Dental Home! Thank you Pioneer Dental! 10 out of 10 recommend to friends and family. 10 out of 10 will return.

I was from out of town and walked into clinic with a dental emergency and no appointment. All of the staff were amazing and squeezed me in right away. Dr Allender saw me right away and made time in his schedule to do an extraction early the next morning and worked with their lab to ensure I could get temporary flipper tooth before I had to leave town. Melissa was efficient and friendly working through costs and my insurance. They discounted several items that insurance didn’t cover to make it affordable. The dental assistants who helped both days were friendly and accommodating to ensure my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I interacted with from reception to doctor. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my choice for dental care! I may even fly up just so they can handle permanent fix in several months. I highly recommend Pioneer Dental in Oregon City for all of your dental needs.

It was a great experience. This was my first visit it this state of the art dental facility. Everyone was polite and helpful . I was happily surprised with no wait for my appointment. I got the standard X-rays, but was also taken to another room where I got a complete head scan, and then got pictures of my entire mouth that was reassembled in 3D software. They were able to identify potential issues that no other dentist was able to see at Kaiser with just standard X-rays. It was a very thorough and pleasant cleaning with a very skilled dental hygienist. I look forward to my next cleaning in six months, knowing I’m in good hands.
