Jacobsen Pediatric Dentistry

I rarely give 5-star ratings or even take the time to review...but WOW! Took all three kids in today. From past experience, I guessed it would be 20-30 minutes per kid with some tears and frustration while they waited for their sibling to finish the appointment. Their ages are 5, 3, and 18 months. We were used to Kaiser dental which was great in ways, but the pediatric focus at Jacobson’s is unmatched! They had games in the lobby and all three kids were taken back to three exam beds where they could see each other. The staff were absolutely wonderful and engaged each child. Dr. J was efficient and so kind. He incorporated the kids while informing us or how the kids’ dental health was. The opposite experience of our past in the BEST ways from the time of arrival to leaving with all three smiling kids just 30ish minutes later, we are in awe! Cannot recommend any more highly for anyone switching insurances or needing amazing dental care for their kids.

Dr.Jacobsen and his staff are top notch! From checking in with Kenzie and her expertise with insurance/billing questions, to Jen the dental assistant explaining everything step by step slowly and in a fun and understanding way for my kids to actual understand to Dr.Jacobsen himself who is one of the most kindest, down to earth dentist you’ll ever meet. We look forward to his jokes and awesome shoes every time we go in there for an appointment. I have three boys who are always seen at the same time and the clinic makes it so easy and such a great experience even though usually three rowdy boys in once place at the same time is usually chaos for us. 10/10!!!!

Dr J and staff were so amazing to work with. They were able to take care of my daughter quickly and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences going to see Dr. Jacobsen and staff! I have 2 wild boys who have had many falls and teeth emergencies, when I call the office they were so helpful with getting me in and making sure my child was okay! We see them regularly for cleanings and his staff is very patient and kind to my kids :) all around pleased with their office!

Dr. Jacobsen is great with kids. The kids have never mentioned any discomfort with the shots...I wish he did adults 😁. I have a 6yr old who never had an issue going to the dentist & a 4yr old who was kicking & screaming for the first 3 years at every checkup (he now goes in with a smile & says "be careful"). Jenn is the assistant when they need a filling & is also great with kids (gets them comfortable, talks with them, & gets the cartoon going). The entire office is like a playground. There are cars, video games(classic arcade machine with galaga 😁) & books in the waiting area. Each patient chair has an lcd tv on the ceiling with a menu of kids movies/shows for them to watch while they get worked on. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you have small children and are looking for a dentist go here for a cleaning & you will stop searching.
