Thank you all very much for caring so much for your patients! From the first call to the first emergency call to Dr Strauss. Never ever have I had to use this service but had to this weekend. Broke a front tooth and I was petrified. I left my message and Dr Strauss was kind enough to speak with me Anna calm me. Just had my procedure today and everyone was so compassionate, understanding and took care of my terrible fears! Truly blessed with the office and Dr Strauss. I had to see Dr Strauss for an emergency and even though it was close to her closing time and I had no appointment, she kindly told me to come. I am very thankful for her willingness to see me and for her expertise in repairing my problem.

Dr. Strauss and her staff are gentle and alert to keeping their patient’s physically comfortable . They also seem to stay ahead of Dental Technology. I expected the “agony of a dental impression” but experienced an oral scanner that digitally obtained the impression of my mouth and tooth. Dr. Strauss constantly checked on my comfort while I thought about the contrast with dental treatments of my youth. WOW! How things have changed!

I had my first new patient appointment today. Met with Dr. Strauss in a small office space first to go over my new patient forms, then had X-rays and camera photos taken by her and her assistant. I then met with Maria, the hygienist who did my periodontal probing and cleaning, and she also did some digital impressions as well Everyone did a wonderful job providing great service! I strongly recommend!
