Woodburn Family Dental

I had an appointment scheduled at 11 am today and received a text message to confirm the appointment. I went in 10 min early to fill out paperwork. I waited until 11:47 am and got up to speak to someone, saw the dental assistant who was with a patient and along with a female dentist and a patient. I apologized and asked how long I would still be waiting. Within minutes the female dentist went to see me and told me that I was not the only person there to be seen that I am not special and that there were other people to be seen. I told her that I understand that but I wasn’t told I would be waiting so long to be seen. She said that people have waited up to 5-6 hours for walk in. I told her I was not a walk in and that I had scheduled and appointment and received a text message. I told her that I’ve gone to Soft Touch Dental and never waited that long and she went to ask me why I didn’t go to them. I told her because I wanted to see a local dentist. I very disappointed in the female dentist. She was so rude and to make me believe people have waited 5-6 hours to be seen! A lot of people know me in the surrounding area and they know that I am friendly person. It’s been bothering me all day and it really makes me upset the way I was treated! I wish I was more outspoken! I do not recommend anyone going there and being treated that way! If you have a scheduled appointment and received a text message I don’t think you would have to wait anymore than 15-20 minutes to be seen.

Best dentist office ever. People at the front desks are always so nice & considerate. I’ve been seeing Dr. Walter to get my teeth done. He knows how to calm your nerves and make you feel comfortable. Not just him, but his assistance as well. I’m very grateful for that. I highly recommend going here!

Dr Walter is great. Getting fillings always makes me super nervous and terrified, especially as a new patient here, but he did great with putting me at ease. And the fillings process was painless (other than the numbing shots). Also he will be honest with you about your teeth, he won’t cut corners or sugar coat anything, he has your teeth’s best interest in mind with everything. He will tell you what needs to be done and also was honest about what my insurance does and does not cover. The hygienist ladies are also all very kind and friendly. So far one of the best dentist experiences I’ve had.

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth extracted last week, the Dr and all his Staff were great! He was very patient with me, due to me having the worlds worst gag reflex kinda felt sorry for him lol.. But he got it done and I am recovering just fine. I highly recommend checking them out for any dental work. BTW I was not asked to wright a review I just felt that I needed too..

Dr. Hill is great!! I was really nervous and he made me feel at ease. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He described what he was doing every step of the way. I also liked the way that he addressed his staff, you could tell he wanted them to learn and see what he was talking about during different procedures. A+ I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist.
