The last two times I have made an appointment to see the dentist they have canceled. My daughter is only in town for breaks from college for a short time. When I talked with the staff and shared my frustration they said they didn’t care about my concerns because it wasn’t their fault. I made the appointment a month in advance to avoid the doctor not being available.

I always look forward to my dental appointment with Dr. Spillman and his staff. Dr. Spillman is absolutely a top-notch dentist and he takes good care of me, his staff are also very friendly and kind. They are absolutely the best practice!

Dr. Spillman and his staff were amazing and friendly. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and it was a positive experience from there. Dr. Spillman came highly recommended from several people and since tooth pain can’t wait, I made the appointment. They were thorough and talked with me before they fixed the issue. I will be back for a full cleaning in February and this will be my new [permanent] dentist in Dallas! Thank you all so much for making my experience a great one.

I will say I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in the door at Dental Center of Lakewood. I was greeted with a smile and they even knew my name before I said anything. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dental office. Everyone was so personable and treated me with kindness. I wasn’t just another "patient" or "customer". Dr. Spillman was very through explaining everything that I needed and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office. Especially those that have anxiety in the dental chair, like me.
