Experience was fine. However, despite providing our insurance cards and being covered, we have receive multiple bills telling us we owe $397 per child (so $794 for both kids) for a basic cleaning. We have called multiple times to try to resolve this, and even walked into the office because they do not answer their phones. We are either put on hold forever and not able to talk to a real human, or when we do connect with someone they say "Oh, just ignore those, we can’t fix that." The bills keep coming, saying they are overdue and to call them to resolve. I don’t want to be sent to collections because their office has made a mistake. It has been such a hassle. Would not recommend.

I absolutely loved all of the staff at this dentist office. It first started with Kayla being so kind on the phone call with scheduling my daughters first appointment. We felt welcomed and received genuine kindness from everyone. Also the pictures through out the office were very beautiful and vibrant.

Had such a wonderful experience here for my 3,8 year old’s first dental appointment. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, from the first phone call we made through his first appointment. We had such a great experience and I will recommend iKids Pediatric Dentistry Lakewood without hesitation to everyone I know!

This is the place you’re looking for! I can’t speak highly enough about the entire staff and the service they give. Lola, the office manager, went above and beyond to manage my sons care and ensure we quickly got the procedure he needed. The doctors and staff are excellent with making the children feel comfortable and safe, and explaining everything to parents. All questions answered and with kindness. Reasonable rates and works with your insurance. 10 out of 10!

Lovely staff! We found Ikids back in 2021 when we first moved to the Fort Worth area. We recently moved to the east side of Dallas and found they have this location! My daughter had a dental emergency and Lola was able to get her in same day with no hesitation. Other offices told me that they couldn’t see her until the following week… I am so thankful for Lola’s urgent support getting her seen because come to find out she was in the early stages of an infection. This location is now where we will be sending our kiddos. The doctors and staff are so incredibly kind! Very knowledgeable and they work so well together. I highly recommend them to anyone I know.
