I went there for cleaning and on my way out the lady at the front desk told me how much it will cost to get my chipped tooth fixed. I agreed with the price and I told her to set me up with an appointment. At my appointment, dentist (Luis) tells me I shouldn’t get it fixed but I should get a crown. I told him that’s not what I wanted, so give me some time to think about it and I make another appointment. I called the office made another appointment and told the lady at front desk, I didn’t want to get a crown but I just want to get my chipped tooth fixed. I took off another day of work and went to my appointment. When I see the dentist (Luis) again he’s pushing me to get a crown. I told him I didn’t want to go that direction I just want to get my tooth fixed. He became frustrated and gave me a price $250 more than what the lady at the front desk gave me. Of course a Crown is a lot more expensive than just fixing a chip tooth. This dentist is not in the teeth business he’s in the money business! Beware!

Dr. Lugo is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I never thought I’d have such a strong, outspoken opinion on which dentist to see, but now I do. I’ve had many different dentists over the years as I’ve taken horrible care of my teeth. I almost didn’t post this (because I don’t want his schedule to be to busy for me to have an appointment quickly,) but I want his practice to do well. I noticed a bad review and had to speak up. The only reason I know Dr. Lugo would not provide care would be if his office couldn’t accept a particular type of insurance. I changed my insurance specifically for this reason after meeting Dr. Lugo through a required military screening. When he performed a filling without causing me a single grimace, I knew I had to have him as my permanent dentist. His office is friendly and his skills are unparalleled.

Horrible experience! Needed a root canal done to my tooth. Tooth number 2 was so bad he said it was actually curling under and progressing to the point of falling out. Not only could he not do the root canal but for the extreme pain i was in all he would give me was Motrin . he wouldn’t even numb it for me for the 4 day wait until I could get into the other dentist office to get the root canal done. He clearly does not care how much pain his patients are in! I would never recommend him to anyone not even my worst enemy!

I came to this office after a very bad experience at another dental office that ruined my teeth Dr. Lugo and his staff did more for me in two visits to his office than the last one did in 6 months This first time in years I have not came out of the dentist crying and I have hope about my future smile Very professional and helpful staff They all work as a team from the front desk to the doctor always making sure I am OK Also a super clean updated office. I would highly recommend this dental practice I can not wait for my new smile Thank You Dr Lugo and Staff

If you are looking for a new dental office this is the place to go! The Dr. is very gentle and shows his genuine concern for his patients. The office was spotless and can you believe they have a t.v in their rooms with netflix ? AWESOME ! That alone made me much more relaxed and comfortable at my visit. I always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Lugo has made my opinion change to a positive.
