I cracked one of my teeth Saturday night and called to speak with Dr.Lee. He was really kind and told me to give them a call first thing in the morning to get in for them to do an examination. I called at 7:00 am and spoke to Nancy who was kind, professional and got me scheduled to come in 45 minutes later. As soon as I got in they took me back, got me the paperwork to fill out and Dr. Lee was doing my exam. While doing my exam he spotted a second tooth that had cracked as well and gave me a price for both to have root canals and caps put on them. Dr. Lee explained the entire process and stated everything should be painless and very easy to do. It was a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected for emergency service and Nancy was able to get me on a payment plan for the entire procedure. They got me antibiotics, pain killers and scheduled me to come in tomorrow for the procedure to be done. A little bit later Nancy gave me a call from the office and mentioned to me that she was able to find I had coverage for the procedures which was a god send because they would be able to submit everything for reimbursement and my insurance would write me a check. Overall I am very satisfied with my first visit and I’m lookin forward to getting everything taken care of. Nancy was really amazing throughout the entire process and answered any questions or concerns I had! I already referred someone to the office.

I have suffered in agony for 5 days. Drove an hour to get here. I have a failed root canal. Doctor was nice at first. Then he became rude. Refused to pull my tooth. Which is why I drove here. If you have an emergency. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I shattered a tooth and was in agonizing pain on a Saturday night. The pain was so awful that I couldn’t even sleep that night. They were one of the only dentists who could see me the following morning, on a Sunday! The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the office was tidy and clean. They extracted the tooth (it wasn’t able to be saved) right then and there. I highly recommend these professionals to anyone who needs emergency dental assistance.

Called Monday morning with a wisdom tooth issue and was able to get seen 30 minutes later. Never had any teeth work done before and was soo nervous but Doctor. Lee was amazing and so gentle and talked me through everything. He extracted the tooth and was out of there within an hour and had no swelling.

I have been going to The Philadelphia Dentist for several years and I cannot begin to express my gratitude for them! They are the most kind, professional, and compassionate office in the northeast! I needed an emergency root canal and they came through once again for me! Dr. Schriftman and his staff are absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend them to anyone! All treatments are explained in detail before he begins and during the treatment, he makes sure you are comfortable at all times. Thank you again!!! I cannot be happier!
