Rude, unprofessional, inconvenient. He is only in the office on Fridays. I went for molds (on a Friday, of course) due to clenching my teeth. I told him I have a sensitive gag reflex, which he acknowledged before putting the mold in, and made sure I knew to breathe through my nose. Upon putting the mold in, the excessive amount of foam in the mold went into the back of my throat, stopping my breathing. I gagged violently, motioned my inability to breathe, trying to get him to take it out. He screamed at me, blamed me, spoke down to me, and treated me like a five year old due to his own incompetence in putting too much foam in the mold. I will never go back to this practice, and urge everyone else to do so, as well.
