My son had his treatment at this place. Everything was going well until the day they took his brackets out. They damaged his 4 front teeth. And now he has had a lot of sensitivity, pain and depression. Now they are not responding and they tell us that since October 2023 that they are going to let us talk to Dr. Neil. And so far we have not been able to talk to Dr. Neil. My son paid almost four thousand dollars and I am very dissatisfied with how they are lying to us that they are going to let us talk to Dr. Neil and so far we have not had any response. I feel so bad for the situation my son is going through and how they damaged his teeth when he was young.

I highly recommend Broad Street Braces!! They are amazing! The doctors and staff are so friendly, kind, patient and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish went so smooth. My daughter’s teeth are perfect!

My first appointment getting my braces done Angel is the best she so nice and humble and answer whatever question you have she made my appointment very comfortable and was straight forward with any information that was needed for me to know I will be bringing my son here as well If you want your braces done this is the place to come to and no I did not have any insurance they easily put me on a payment.

The care was good but some of the people were not very experienced. My story is that everything was going well until the day came to remove my braces and I was told that the doctor was going to remove them and I had an African American woman. And when she removed the braces she damaged several front teeth with the machine that only had to carefully remove the glue from the brackets. I have all sensitive front teeth. I went back to get checked and they told me it was nothing it was just the extra glue when I told them my general dentist said it was not glue. They said they were going to give me an appointment with the doctor to discuss this issue and never called me back. My front teeth are damaged and this is irreparable damage. Be careful who takes your braces out. This happen in October 11 and I cried and stressed since then. I will not remain silence

So many beautiful buildings. I love the architecture! The only thing is you have to watch out for people standing in the road, we literally had someone in a wheelchair rolling himself towards us in the middle of our lane then moved in between both lanes instead of the sidewalk.
