I was really, really pleased with the work Dr. Dobbins did for me repairing shoddy work from another practice. He is a nice guy and a good dentist. However, I am really displeased to discover that when the office told me twice they "accept" my dental insurance (Delta Dental) and even dealt with the insurance company directly they are not actually in-network and I now owe a huge amount of money. When I called the office to discuss the problem I was offered a payment plan.
