I’m typically very nervous about dentist visits but the staff really made me feel comfortable. Wonderful level of care. You can tell they all really work well together as a team and that is always the key to a success. For new patient exam, X-rays, cleaning and treatment, my insurance (MetLife) covered about 70% of the costs.

Very quick , painless , and friendly. Kim does a very nice job cleaning my teeth, and the dentist is thorough and professional. The clerk staff is quite knowledgeable, nice ,and helpful . My insurance covers most of the cost. The only downside is that I usually get a bill after each appointment. $30-$50.

Sat in waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment time when the lady at the desk asked me to pay my copay. Before even seeing a hygienist she told me it would be extra for a "deeper" cleaning. I denied that service and asked for a regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance. She told me that this office would only do the deeper cleaning. Certainly seemed like scam to just automatically tell me I need a "deep clean" before anyone looks at my teeth. Turned around and walked out. I will obviously never be back.

Felt pressured into their "deep cleaning" routine, a sentiment echoed by others who also shelled out $150. My gums are in good shape, teeth clean with just a bit of buildup in one specific area that has always been easily handled during a regular cleaning. I insisted on that, but they stuck to their policy – deep cleaning or no service. After enduring 90 minutes there, I decided to bite the bullet and go for it since I didn’t want to leave without the clean I intended to get that day. Guess what? The forced deep cleaning miraculously took only 15 minutes – same as a routine cleaning. Go figure. Now, I’m kicking myself for caving and going along with that nonsense "procedure." Patients should have control over their medical decisions, and the fact that they were withholding services unless I complied left me feeling like I had no choice but to roll with it. The hygienist, x-ray tech, and front desk folks were pleasant, and I don’t necessarily blame them. The business’s policies are predatory and shady which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Lost two hours and $150 so, safe to say I will never return.
