Clearly the reviews filled with nasty people however my experience was smooth my appointment was at 4 and thought it was at 3 and they took me anyway got to the back within 15 mins and seen in 5 that’s 5 starts for me and everyone attitudes are pleasant

Never keep their word on time of the appointment don’t call to confirm either. They barely answer the phone.

Overbooked and understaffed. Plan to spend most of your day there. Waited for hours. Finally got x-rays. The dentist comes in a while later. Doesn’t introduce herself. Then I’m just sitting around waiting for cleaning. I left. Think I was coming back for additional treatment. Please take your business elsewhere.

Great service and location. The staff are welcoming and professional. Smells so good like peppermint and very clean environment. They also keep you very well informed about options and your dental care. The staff are courteous and informative about your appointments and any billing questions. The staff address my concerns… my fears and gave me the best advice possible. I really enjoyed the visit…as much as a dentalphobic can enjoy a visit. I highly recommend this Dentist Very nice and professional NorthEastern Dentistry was WORTH the visit.
