My wife went for a consultation with Dr.Andrew Kim, he was knowledgeable and professional...my issue is after the consultation we were told that as of that day they no longer accepted our insurance! When they called the week prior for me to prepay for the copay no one mentioned that as of the day of our visit they wouldn’t accept our insurance anymore. We were quoted a price of almost 6k and told that we would have to pay out of pocket.They also did more xrays then were supposed to have been done and charged extra for that! I asked why I wasn’t told the week prior that this was happening and that I would have gone to an endodonist that does welcome my insurance.I was simply told that they just started this policy this week. Totally unprofessional, now we have to go through this whole procedure all over again.
