Jacob and Tyler had their 6 month appointment today arrived a few minutes early everything went perfectly no cavities the Doctor came out and gave me an update. Perfect visit which is normal for this office staff very friendly. 👍

This was our second visit to Doc Bresslers for my toddler son and it was fantastic! Wendy was so nice and was very gentle brushing my son’s teeth, making sure he was comfortable. She even put on Toy Story 4 for him after I mentioned he was a fan of the movies. We also saw Dr. Shah and he was incredibly sweet! He even checked for any possible tongue ties after mentioning a previous speech concern. He was also thorough but got through checking his teeth in a timely manner when my son started to get upset. I’d highly recommend Doc Bresslers in Dresher if you’re looking for a pediatric dentist!

We were scheduled for an appointment on a day there was no dentist in. I had to pick up my nephew early from school, my cousin had to go to work late, and I had to miss time studying for my exam, just to have our time wasted. They are Ukrainian refugees and I believe they were dismissed based on the appearance of their foreign names and their accent. This is unacceptable.

This was our first visit to the Dresher location which was only scheduled because or regular office was booked up. I was running late due to another activity that had us coming from center city. I called and told the front desk that I would be 10 mins late to the appointment. I was told I had to reschedule because we were the last appointment for the day. I explained that I was in route to the office coming from center city and the time I would be there. Basically was told rudely if I was a minute later I wouldn’t be able to be seen. Front desk needs some work, most health care offices give 10-15 mins grace period for appointments. I have been taking my kids to the Geiger Rd office for at least ten years and have never had an issue that I can remember! Will definitely stick with that location for future appointments!
