If I could give zero I would. They billed my insurance for services that were not done. Then lied and said I was the In the room when I was in the waiting room the entire time. Had I been in the room my child wouldn’t have been so upset. I told them to look back at camera footage to prove I was in the waiting room but of course they can’t. Not only do they not document correctly they also lack in customer service. They also bill me for fluoride every time I go when I tell them my insurance only covers it once a year. Their billing manager is rude and just keep telling me that what I was saying is here say. Avoid this place at all costs

Great place friendly people. I would recommend that you always speak with Dr first and make sure they know what you expect because I don’t want tin fillings on any teeth only white and one time they forgot and put in wrong filling. But the kids all like the place and that’s what is important.

We have been going here for two years and never had a bad experience. The older my son gets the more dramatic and harder he is to examine and they work together with him so well. Today we had Dr. Tay and Brittany, they did absolutely wonderful. He was because himself and they kept him calm, told me things to practice at home. Emily at check out was great made sure our next appointment was when suggested. They are amazing and if I were to refer any pediatric dentist it would be broomall. Thanks for all you guys do!

I came from another office that no longer fit my available schedule. I was asked many times if I was referred by the office I came from. After repeatedly telling them no, they finally explained the office I came from refers kids that are more difficult to deal with to this particular office. They tried to scare me into putting my child to sleep for 6+ cavities and an abscess (2nd opinion proved my child does not have that many cavities) When I insisted for them to fill them 2 at a time, they gave me a hard time. When they finally agreed, they didn’t take care of the tooth that has said abscess and tried to give my child silver fillings claiming my insurance didn’t cover it. I called my insurance and that proved to be untrue. They did the white fillings but complained my child jumped when they numbed my child’s gums (I guess in an another attempt to convince me to okay putting my child under). My child said they didn’t let them know what was happening and jumped in surprised, a normal reaction. They tried to scare me again into putting my child under. They said I’m traumatizing my child. I switched offices. This office is good for if you need a referral to put your child under to get dental work done. That’s how I assume they deal with children who other offices are not able to comfort while being in a dentist office. The other office I came from always talked to my child during any procedure to let them know what was going on inside their mouth. My child recently asked me to call their new dentist to check their teeth. "They are so traumatized." (Sarcasm)

Do not come here unless its a last resort. Scheduled an appointment but made us wait over 30 minutes before they can see us. The front desk people dont know what they are doing. They couldnt "verify" our insurance for over 30 minutes even though we’ve been here two times before. They could’ve verified it over the phone when I called but they decided to take their time after we arrived. We are going to go somewhere else.
