I have always had caring and competent care at this office. Staff, Hygienist and Doctor O’Brien are very nice. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Recently had an extraction and even that was a good experience as well.

I always have a great experience at the Springfield location. The receptionists are always welcoming. Natalie the hygienist is extraordinarily knowledgeable and does great work. Dr. OBrien is super friendly and kind. I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with a new hygienist, Madison yesterday. The location is always clean and well organized. I’m greatful for all the staff in their efforts to make these appointments comfortable. Thank you!

I experienced a very warm welcoming atmosphere being my first time here at this dental office. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their expertise and friendly. I will definitely refer friends and family to this dental office.

Had to get deep scaling. High anxiety and I had had a previous bad experience with a different place same procedure. They were patient, always checking on me. Barely felt anything including the needles to numb. They made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves.

The facility is nice and staffs are good. I went to have a screening done and it came out with no cavities but they said I needed a deep clean. And printed a work order for over $550 even with the insurance. I am not an expert but it felt too much. I called my insurance and they said, I should be able to do just regular cleaning which is included in my plan for free. I called the facility back, they out right declined to do that and said I had to do deep cleaning!! And didn’t want to do a regular cleaning at all!! I felt it was not the best approach, as a patient I should have a say. Didn’t feel that they had the best interest, just wanted to get the extra money. Not so honest!
