I saw Dr. Korff at the UPenn Dental School. I don’t think he once spoke to me or addressed me as a human being. Overall, he was moody and unprofessional. I can’t speak to anything Korff actually did besides berate students and ignore patients. He never checked in with my student dentist to see if there were any issues or hold-ups, but he did threaten her about lateness every time he passed by us. He barked at me that I was “dismissed” and shouted at the student dentist that he would write her up because my case took longer than normal. I left the appointment in tears. If his manner was this abusive towards students and patients under the scrutiny of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, I can only imagine how abysmal it is in his private practice. A man with as much disdain for patients as I experienced from him should not be practicing dentistry, let alone be allowed to serve as faculty at UPenn. Definitely do not recommend.
