I chipped off a small piece of my front tooth when drinking from a glass water bottle and needed bonding work done. The shade matched perfectly and looked good. About 3 days after the procedure, the bonding piece fell off when I was eating and this had to be redone. I called the office and Dr. Patel took care of it and fixed the problem without any issue or charge. It actually looks better the 2nd time! Thank you.

I am into my 7th decade of life… I can honestly say my experience with Neosmile Dental was the best experience I have ever had at a Dental facility. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The hygienist is terrific. The dentist was very nice and explained what may need to be done in the future. I believe most dentists would say it needs to be done immediately. There was no pressure to do unnecessary work. I highly recommend Neosmile Dental

I needed to get scheduled within short notice to get my teeth cleaned and examined- and NeoSmile was the first place to not only get back to me on such short notice, but also fit me in within the limited time frame I needed. When I arrived into the office, everybody was welcoming and kind. Since it was my first time, everybody from the doctor to the the front desk introduce themselves and were very kind throughout the entire process. The doctor was very informative. With each step and procedure that was completed, they communicated well with me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Extremely personable staff, and I was able to open up a little bit with them throughout the entire appointment. Customer service is one of the biggest things that separates one business from another business , and the customer service here was fantastic. I have another appointment scheduled with them as a follow-up, and I look forward to it. I would highly recommend scheduling your next dentist appointment with NeoSmile.

I was Extremely happy with my new patient, emergency visit with Dr. Patel today. The receptionist was outstanding. She squeezed me in the schedule, 1st thing. She did explain, lets get an X-ray and see what Dr. Patel thinks. I can’t promise you but, there’s a possibility he can take care of this today. No promises. I was afraid he didn’t have time to take care of my tooth and he would reschedule me for when he had more time in the schedule. (Which is expected with being a new patient). I needed an Extraction and bone graph. Surgery!! Dr. Patel explained what needed to be done and took care of my tooth. So very Thankful! He definitely takes pride in his work and made me feel at ease. He did a wonderful job. I Definitely would recommend Dr. Patel to all who need a great dentist! You Rock Dr. Patel! Can’t say it enough, THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely amazing trip to the dentist! Gentle with my teeth, very insightful and super kind. Every person I spoke with was kind and considerate. Scheduling was a breeze. And they gave me various numbers for good orthodontists! Highly recommend!
