I personally had zero issue with this doctor. He is very honest and upfront about prices. Yes, dental care is expensive anywhere you go, but he seems to be the most straightforward with the financials. The office is family owed and operated which means they invest in every patient, and they truly do. I could always call and make an appointment for emergency/urgency situation. Great, flexible hours especially for someone who works and has kids. I had multiple dental procedures done by Dr. Volchonok and I was highly impressed with his work. The latest and greatest was that he gave me my dream smile with Invisalign, and I am so grateful for all the meticulous work that was done. Highly recommend!!!

Doctor Volchonok is our family dentist for last two years, he is one of the most caring and respectful professionals! He uses only good materials for work and makes everything till the perfection even if it takes more time! He truthfully recommend only things you really need. His prices are really reasonable and he is so flexible to deal with. My daughters like to go for a check-up here and trust only doctor Volchenok (not me 🤨)to be their tooth fairy 🧚♂️and help them to take out their small baby teeth)They keep 🦷 in small tooth shaped containers they got here. I had an outstanding experience. Dr. Volchonok is a very knowledgeable doctor. I have been going to his office for 15+ years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. Volchonok always treated me with respect and his ability to details is profound. I strongly recommend his services. I am always at ease knowing that I am getting the best treatments available.

Best Dentist EVER! I don’t even live in Philadelphia anymore and I travel across the country to see Alex. He is honest and upfront about the work that needs to get done and also extremely reasonable. I had an emergency procedure done in no time and the next day sent my BF to get even more work done by him. He is amazing at what he does and completely painless in the process. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office!

I’m Dr. Alex Volchonok patient for the last several years. An I’m really happy with the service Dr. Volchonok providing: level of service is excellent, never have a problem with getting convenient for me appointment, very reasonable prices. I did a lot of job at Dr. Volchonok office: several crowns, 4 bridges, one root canal along with regular cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, other routine services - you name it! Highly recommending Dr. Alex Volchonok to anybody looking for a very good dentist.
