This place is a joke. I had an appointment at 1:45 PM on 4-29-24, and I sat in their waiting room between 30 - 40 minutes to be called back. This should have been my first sign of bad things to come. Then, when I am finally called back, I am asked if I had my previous dentist fax over my (Full Mouth) x-rays. This confused me because when I made my initial appointment, Rose Tree Dental said there was no need to have them fax these over, because we learned that over a year had passed since my previous ones. Someone didn’t make a note of this, or didn’t read the note if there was one. Then, after being seated in the dentist chair and fitted with my bib, I was handed a clipboard with all the forms that I had submitted electronically to them weeks earlier. When I showed the lady the e-mail I received from Rose Tree Dental dated 4-9-24, which contained all the green check marks confirming that these forms were submitted and received, she smugly responded by saying, "Well I don’t know where all those forms went, but we cannot find them - so you will have to fill these forms out." I became upset over the fact that all the forms that I had previously completed and submitted - with all my private information are out there in limbo - and Rose Tree Media couldn’t care less where they are. Additionally, even if I didn’t complete these forms (which I did) - why wouldn’t they have asked me to complete them during the 30 - 40 minutes I sat in the waiting room? Instead, they wait until I am stretched back in the dentist chair - awkward time to pull this stunt. I became even more upset at Rose Tree Dental’s lack if professionalism, their disorganization, their apathetic attitude towards the whereabouts of my personal information, and the lady’s smugness - so I got up and left. What a mistake coming to this place. Let me guess, they will try to bill my insurance for this tsunami of incompetence by calling it an “office visit.” Let them try because I already called my insurance and lodged a complaint and advised them of these clowns.

Just showed up for an appointment that I had scheduled months in advance only for the front office to let me know that they had canceled it without any warning. Their explanation was that they needed my new insurance card, which I brought with me. I was given no warning or notification thay they were canceling my appointment. I took off from work to drive to the office for this appointment and the front office screwed me.

Stephanie was my dental hygienist for my cleaning and she was amazing. This is the second time I’ve had her since Ruthie retired. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and Stephanie calms me down, talks me through everything, answers all of my questions and I’m grateful. I highly recommend Stephanie and this office.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Rose Tree Dental. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Rosen is a superb dentist, and I will only go to Lisa as my dental hygienist because of my teeth sensitivity. She has found a way to make my teeth cleaning virtually painless. I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned, but Lisa has changed all of that. She is caring and truly wants to make me feel comfortable while she takes care of my teeth. She is a wonder!

The absolutely best Dental Office around. Staff is Awesome and very friendly. Pam is my heart and she’s really sweet. Feels like a sister from another Mother. You are in and out. Been going to them for almost two years now. Flexible scheduling as well. You won’t be disappointed. Patricia C
