If you plan on having your braces on for twice as long as you had been expecting ,go here. If you plan on going to an orthodontist that’s office can’t answer their phones, go here. If you like being put “on hold” without anyone actually coming on to speak to you again, come here. If you like having appointments set sometimes 2-3 months apart, go here! I can’t even switch orthodontists because no one will answer the phone to tell me what “balance” is left on my account so that I can transfer. This is ridiculous, I clearly want to leave this orthodontist but no one will even answer the phone for something so simple. Long story short don’t go here. You/Your child will have their braces on for far too long and you’ll support a business with very poor customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Where to start.....the lack of professionalism, the beyond rude, arrogance of most of the office staff, actually downright mean at times. Let me give Tiara credit, she was very kind. There was a very high rate of turnover with office staff and managers, they got worse each and every time. They must really hate their jobs...it’s pretty obvious. We had different orthodontists who gave us conflicting information frequently. We had one office staff tell us “it’s too late to make impressions then 2 seconds later another person tell us the machine is broken. Who’s telling the truth???? My daughter could tell you all about the techs boyfriends and personal lives....something I really want my daughter to hear.... my daughter had a broken bracket at one point, they told us she had to wait 1.5 months to get it fixed..nice right, piece of metal cutting the inside of her mouth. One orthodontist told her the braces were ready to come off, another one said she needed another 8 weeks??? Who do you trust with your children’s oral health? Her treatment plan initially was quoted 1.5 years, we were suffering with this disastrous office for almost 3 years mostly because you can never get an appointment, they cancel appointments bc no orthodontist is available or on vacation. No wonder it took 3 years!!! Not to mention when the orthodontist writes down he wants to see you back in 4 weeks, you get an appointment for 8 weeks. When you mention the orthodontist specifically wrote 4 weeks you get “ I can’t do anything about it. We are scheduling out 8 weeks” and by the way...they are not nice about it. I could on and on....I’m kicking myself for letting this place treat my child. I would have written this review years ago but really thought we would have be treated even worse by the front office staff. I’ve also reported this office to my insurance company for double dipping payments as well, once reported, it stopped..hmmmm. I cannot warn you enough. Save yourself a huge headache. STAY AWAY...

Do not go here. This is possibly the worst orthodontist that you can go to. I am embarrassed that I chose this place for my daughter. We were told that the treatment would take 1.5 years. It has been well over 3 with no end in sight. Brackets pop off within hours of an appointment and then when you call, no one answers. When you leave a message it takes weeks to get a call back and then another 1.5 months to get an appointment. Hmmm, wonder why the braces are still on after 3 years. Oh, and when you come to an appointment, you get to sit in their waiting room up to an hour after your scheduled appointment. I have not encountered worse service in my life. If I hadn’t paid in full, I would have left here and went to a reputable place. Still thinking about that. I’ll end with where I started. DO NOT GO HERE. NO MATTER HOW CHEAP. NO MATTER HOW CLOSE TO TO YOUR HOME. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

This orthodontist organization is the most poorly run system I have ever seen in my 20 of managing an organization. When we moved to the area for work, we looked for the closest office for convenience purposes. This was a BIG mistake. The incompetence and below average customer service is unbelievably unacceptable. We left this organization years ago after so many disappointments, but one of my children had to finish up treatment here as we had already started the process and paid in full. This has turned out to be an absolute disaster. From not finishing the treatment in the time they allotted, to waiting for weeks, that’s right... weeks, for a call back form someone who has absolutely no idea of what they are talking about, I have nothing positive to say about our families experience here. Because they didn’t finished the treatment in the time they said they would (even though I paid in full), I now have to relocate my child to another orthodontist and pay AGAIN to have the treatment done properly. They refuse to issue a refund on the work that has yet to be completed. Unreliable with much to be desired in the area of integrity.
