I just started going here for my dental work haven’t had any issues staff is very nice they always make sure to numb me befor any procedure they explain things throughly time waits are short the place is nice and clean always smiles and friendly people

THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE AROUND DO NOT COME HERE! They dont even know how to numb effectively! She put so much numbing that my lip puffed up, the left side of my face all the way up to my eye went numb but not my tooth! When I told her I could feel the cleaning of the tooth decay she said more numbing!!! For something as simple as a cavity filling, I didn not go through with the procedure here. I had a friend come here a few years back and went through a similar experience! This place sucks!

The most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered (Toni). Received a call stating that my daughter’s insurance was not active the night before her appointment even though she has been a patient for at least 5 years. They were using a previous insurance from years ago. She was rude, condescending and flat out ignorant. I am a Medical Billing Manager and much more apt to handling insurance than Toni. When I was asking what credentials, she was using she refused to tell me and literally said "if you shut-up and listen to me I’ll tell you. " Obviously Toni has never held a professional position in her entire working career, I will be having a conversation with management about her attitude and will decide if my daughter remains a patient after speaking to her manager.

Staff is very friendly, my issues are with time management and the fact that you cannot go back with your kids to their appointments. If they’re a minor you cannot tell the guardian they’re unable to view what’s happening at the appointment of someone they’re taking care of. Giving very shady vibes like we want to hide any possible mistakes we’ve made from the patients family so that when an issue does arise they can blame the patient instead of taking accountability. Why are you trying to hide the work your doing ?

This is the first time I have written a review for anyone but it is more than deserving. I have always had great experiences going to see Dr. T. and her staff. The team was great and they did a great job explaining everything they were doing as well as listening to what I had to say. She kept me calm and informed during my appointments answering all my questions even the dumb ones courteously and professionally. Whether a routine check up or an emergency they took the best care of my family’s needs beyond what I could have or would have expected. My family and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend USA Dental to anyone and everyone.
