The staff was friendly. Not very professional as they stopped accepting my insurance while I was waiting for my dentures to be made. Didn’t think to call me and let me know that I had been waiting 6-8 months for nothing.

I do not recommend this practice for Adults with Cognitive Disabilities. Our daughter was discharged from the practice for "causing a scene when the exam chair was tilted back." We were not notified of this event at the time of the appointment but were told when we called the office to schedule her next appt. She was always accompanied by her parents & since COVID we waited in the car as directed. As her parents we would have appreciated communication. People with disabilities require special considerations clearly this practice does not have the experience, time & emotional compassion that it takes. Shame on you Family Smiles : (

Great dental office! I had new teeth made and the fit better then the first ones made from somewhere else. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’d def recommend this practice to anyone I know..the whole team is polite and professional! Thank y’all so much for giving me back my self esteem with the new teeth!! 😍

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this office. I visit myself for cleanings however just recently my husband was told he would need dentures. We had an awful experience with Affordable Dentures that felt us in a bad situation! Without the help of Jenny at the front desk we would not have been able to rectify the situation and get dentures for my husband. I love the staff at this office. They are kind and comforting and make you feel as though they actually care. They go above and beyond excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!!

Recently, my son had a dental emergency. Given the complexities of work, life, and the COVID situation, I expected many difficulties scheduling the appointment. However, and as always, Jenni was incredible. Jenni worked with me to immediately schedule an appointment, and the scheduling of all follow-up appointments quickly is remarkable. I cannot thank Jenni enough. The entire Fairless Hills Family Smiles staff is fantastic. As the other person commented, “Jenn(i) is the best...She deserves a raise!”
