Dr. Rodriguez is not only an outstanding surgeon, but she also goes above and beyond. Both of my children have had the privilege of having her as their surgeon for orthodontic-requested surgery and tooth extractions. She is patient and understanding. The Warminster staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about our experiences here over the years. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend if you can find a better place. They did the job, took at my wisdom teeth as needed but made me feel uncomfortable and uncared for. I was in chronic pain 2 weeks after the surgery just due to the fact they did not give me a syringe and tell me to clean the holes of my wisdom teeth. I booked an appointment to understand why I was in so much pain a week and a half after surgery since i called 4 days after and they told me to wait. Whole situation is uncomfortable, their set up and how they speak to you. Not to mention they refused to give me any pain medication besides 1000mg ibuprofen (which you can buy at any store in 500mg) andCodeine Tylenol. I asked him are you sure that will do the job?? He assured me it would, it did nothing, and when I ran out they would not give me more or anything else. Had to put a short sleeves shirt on before surgery since i wore a long one, I woke up with my long one on meaning they took it off and replaced it while i was unconscious. Is that even allowed ? I think some of the doctors are okay, but not all. Go somewhere better please they really don’t care much about you and they make it obvious when taking care of you the doctors and their assistants

Wonderful practice. Both my son and husband had their wisdom teeth out here, I myself had 2 extractions and 2 dental implants placed. The doctors and staff were wonderful! The implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees was very helpful with my insurance questions throughout the entire dental implant process! They explained everything throughout the entire process and answered all questions. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time! Top notch!

We took my son here back in March, who was 19 months old at the time, for a procedure as the muscle under his lip was separating his front teeth. The entire experience was wonderful! The doctor explained everything carefully, the nurses were wonderful with my son and the entire office staff were very friendly. They even helped soothe him when he inevitably started crying from having a laser in his mouth and we ended up leaving with him smiling. A few months later due to COVID I received a call regarding our insurance due to a change between the time of the procedure (which happened to literally be the last day before the state mandated quarantine) and when they could open back up and it was able to be easily figured out and resolved. I appreciate how everyone was friendly and helpful with my son when I couldn’t be back with him!

Nightmare experience! Let me back up a few months- I was referred here for a dental implant. I had my problem tooth extracted late last year. My follow up appt got cancelled due to covid. In August, I reached out to the office and scheduled my follow up appointment. Dr reviewed my X-ray with me and told me the implant coordinator will call me back with pricing and next step. Nightmare starts here- the implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees called me back with some quotes. There is a good case and a bad case, $2000 out of pocket difference between the two cases. I have questions regarding to the next step like when I will be finding out which case would I be and details. Nicole Voorhees got upset and saying she is only here to talk to me about MONEY. She yelled and screamed rudely. I asked her to then transfer me to someone I can talk to regarding to next step. She said she will have someone else call me back. Maybe she is having a bad day, or maybe I was too anxious myself and sounded impatient myself. But what happened next is just unacceptable. Nobody called me back for one week. I called back a couple times, keep being told someone will call me back. Once I was provided with the manager’s number. I left the manager a message thinking I might finally get speak to someone. But no, I was ignored one more time. I finally called the office again after one week. The front desk told me they had no doctor for the past week, and they can’t give me a time frame when they will be able to review my case with the doctor and deciding next step. Now this is just UNACCEPTABLE! I said then I have no other option than switching doctor, I got a “fine”. I said I will share my experience on google review, I got a “fine”. The whole time, I did not get one “sorry”. When I tried to find what is causing that they had no doctor, I got a “I am not going over that with you”。She hung up before I did! Well, this is my experience. I don’t know what is behind all this, and I don’t want to guess. I just want to share my experience and honest opinion. The customer service here is a nightmare. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.
