Went there for years until a cap I had chipped, after having a new one made the dentist keep grinding down my tooth to make the new one fit, that was apparently made wrong, now I need a root canal. Won’t be back .

had both a phone call and text for my appointment. when i got to the office they had no record and i had to PROVE that i indeed had an appointment. There was no apology for the waste of my time so I assume this is a regular occurence. They suggested I could wait for four patients or I could return the next day (and maybe they would have a record of that appt but who knows??!) They also hired Demand Force which somehow appears to give them a multitute of 5 star reviews in the first name last initial format. Believe That ? Only a fool would. Who likes the dentist… I can’t give five stars.. been coming here for years . I don’t want to switch because too much hassle and inconvenience. I only reason I keep going is because DR. Alam makes me feel comfortable. Had a bad experience with getting a crown replaced with DR.Patel so won’t use her again. Their way of contacting me to remind me of appointments is very annoying they need to change that , it’s funny also how they want to take your payment right away , and when u get insurance to pay for it they want to keep your money on file like a credit .. get out of here . Be aware of that . Who likes the dentist let’s be honest . Now after my last visit … they tell me Dr alam isn’t covered 100 percent with my dental insurance . And made me wait 20 min past my appointment. The called me day before to ask if I could come earlier which I declined had prior commitments. Not sure what is going on but am not sticking around to find out ….

I absolutely love it! I loved how calm the doctor was and how she explained everything. I also liked the honesty of the staff. My insurance payed more than initially expected and they deducted the amount that was paid extra last time. I love it and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Fantastic staff! From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists, everyone is very friendly and efficient. The hygienists always take great care knowing your sensitivities/concerns and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this practice!!
