Allied Orthodontics- Harleysville-Dentistry in Philadelphia- Dentist 19438

I have permanent nerve damage in my lip from my wisdom teeth being taken out and every time I went back (at least 3 times), the dr told me it was going to heal, it was just “healing slow because im a redhead.” It’s been a good couple years and my lip is still numb with shocking pains whenever that area is touched, even brushing teeth is painful. I don’t think it’s because I’m a redhead.

I have never experienced a dentist office that cancels appointments last minute all the time on the day of like this office does. You know how inconvenient this is?? To have to constantly be making other arrangements last minute? If it was the other way around, wed be charged. This place needs to get its stuff together. Only being open one day a week pushes needed work done even farther when they are always rescheduling on patients!

If i could give 0 stars, would. Absolutely the WORST customer service and orthodontics office I have ever seen. My daughter was seen in this office twice for a consult and today she was supposed to go again. After being on "hold" with you answering service for over 30 minutes, they had cancelled my daughter’s appt without notifying me. It is a good thing that I called first, because they didn’t even have her name in the system. You state you don’t take my insurance, but we have been to this office on 3 separate occasions. Nobody seems to know what was going on and I was transferred 2 times and both people had no clue why or what happened.. NEVER GO TO THIS ORTHODONTISTS!

Heather is very unprofessional. She is bad-mouthing patients parents behind their backs. Ever "doctor" that works there says different things that i need for my braces. one will say, "she needs a spring." then another would say, " she doesn’t need a spring." They all seem to be working separately and not together. and they barely communicate. also they forgot to put a bracket in my mouth? Overall would not recommend.

My daughter has been going here for over a year, recently her Insurance changed. She hasn’t been seen in 3 months. I haven’t heard anything from the Harleysville office. I have have calls numerous times, and left messages with the answering service (because you can never actually talk to anybody in the office) The office manager "Heather" returned a call back a month ago to my home li e when I asked to be called on my cell phone. So I called answering service again and left 3-4 messages within the last 3 weeks and never got a call back. Finally Friday I spoke with the answering service and a nice girl named Casey got in touch with the regional manager who made my daughter an appointment for the next. When I arrived "Heather" was there with her bad attitude and said she never got my messages. Besides all this they never have appointments available.
