I work for another dental office and have been trying for over a month now to help a mutual patient get her records sent over to our office. The patient has been calling as well and still no luck. You legally have 30 days to send the records over once the release form is signed. It has been over a month and they still have yet to send anything over. I called this morning and finally after a long wait time, i got someone but they were from support and couldn’t help me with a single thing. I asked to be transferred to the office manager and i was told the phone in the office is busy. You only have one phone?? I spent 20 minutes on the phone again trying to get ahold of someone in the office and ended up hanging up because i couldn’t keep wasting my time while I’m at work. The fact they can’t take 2 minutes out of their day to send records so this patient doesn’t have to spend more money out of pocket says it all. DO NOT go here. The good reviews you see have to be employees or are paid. Stay away.

DISHONEST. Reneges on commitments. Went to consult for extraction when THEY told me they took my insurance. They were supposed to call me in next few days for extraction appointment. A week passed, so I called them they said hold tight we’re on it. Another week "Oh the insurance company owes us money so you have to pay up front." Were you planning to ever TELL THE PATIENT?? Violates god knows how many medical and insurance regulations they are violating.

I went here years ago and I can’t express enough just how bad this place was to me. I went in to get a checkup and they told me that my teeth were good and I had no cavities. I have never in my entire life went to a dentist and not had a cavity. So I went somewhere else right away to get a 2nd opinion and yup I was right, I had cavities. Why did they discriminate against me and not want to fix my mouth? Horrible dentist. I hope she isn’t still there.

I had the best cleaning of my life today. The staff was amazing. Super friendly desk people, cleaning tech did an amazing job. Quick and efficient. Super helpful asked a lot if question and I felt was all around at ease with the process. The dentist was so helpful and kind. Came up with a treatment plan and what to expect in the next follow up visits. This was by far on if the only times I felt this comfortable in a dentist chair.

My initial visit for a cleaning and check up was excellent. Returned for bonding. On return I was asked to sign for fillings not bonding. Was told fillings were for cavities but was informed I had no cavities. Communication was appalling from front desk staff and dentist. Appointment was cancelled due to misinformation.
