I was looking for a new dentist because I despised my old one. I called and got an appointment same day (there was a cancellation). I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE. Darryl (sorry if spelling is wrong) was the sweetest on the phone and in person. I filled out paperwork and was called back immediately. I met Steph and told her concerns and comments about my teeth, and she was absolutely amazing! So kind and talked through everything she was doing so I knew what was going on. My first time and I have nothing but good things about this place! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further!

I recently had to have 3 Fillings done by Dr.Volkova. Dr.Volkova is a Wonderful Dentist. She was Very Gentle with me. Dr.Volkova made sure I was ok and also comfortable. I Absolutely Loved Dr.Volkova’s chairside matter. I would absolutely recommend Everyone to go to Dr.Volkova. Dr.Volkova is the Fantastic Dentist. I’m so Glad that Dr.Volkova is now my Dentist! Excellent Job Dr.Volkova. Kudos to Dr. Volkova and All of the Staff at The Collegeville Dental Center!

Collegeville ZERO STARS!! DON’T GO HERE! Not only was a tooth ruined after visiting here, but they had the audacity to bill me for "missing an appointment" I never agreed to, after telling them I did not want any further service from them. Went in for a cleaning with NO issues. Was told there was an "issue" with a tooth and it needed a filling. Reluctantly, since I had no complications with it, I allowed the filling to be done which ultimately caused several issues, and they told me it would need a root canal. Since they refused to perform the root canal on their dime because of the issues THEY caused, I refused any further service. Apparently, whatever brainless person running the schedule set me up for a followup appointment I did not ask for, they fraudulently scheduled me without my knowing, then billed me for missing the appointment I was unaware of. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I had to go to another Dentist to redo and fix the screw ups performed here. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Board of Dentistry, my insurance carrier, and the Better Business Bureau.

I really appreciate everyone at Collegeville Dental Center. Everyone is kind and attentive. The hygienists do a thorough job and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Even my 6 year old enjoys his check ups and cleanings!

My family and I are all patients of doctor Volkova for over five years now. We all are very happy with Dr. and her stuff. Dr. Volkova is the best dentist I’ve seen over many years. Her work is the of the highest quality, attention to details is just amazing. The stuff in this office is very polite, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend Dr. Volkova.
