If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t go here. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Let my child leave AFTER he began drilling her tooth and then prescribed a fluoride tooth paste and to me "so her teeth don’t decay". Said he was refusing to finish services that day and I needed to find someone else to handle my teen. Keep in mind, I kept my calm, saying very little in response out of sheer shock at the situation. Fast forward a few days - they sent me a letter canceling all future appointments and releasing both my kids from the practice. Don’t go here, even if it is your last option. Don’t.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. I recently had a rather disheartening experience and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction. Staff seemed rushed and disinterested, providing minimal explanations about the procedures and neglecting to address my concerns adequately. Communication was lacking, creating an environment that left me feeling uneasy about the level of care I was receiving. Reception are dismissive and flat out rude. This further contributed to the overall sense of unprofessionalism at the office. In summary, my experience at office was far from satisfactory. I would caution others seeking dental care to consider alternative options with a more professional and patient-centric approach.

Unprofessional way of treating patients. I received a rude call to confirm my appointment. I called immediately back after 5min and they claimed to give my appointment to someone else. They treated me like a second class citizen based on my medical insurance and it was evident they no longer wanted to see me. After calling a second time once they dismissed my husband with my kids (that we took out of school) the receptionist didn’t back down and made it personal. She claimed the doctor won’t see me again.

Went to Dr. Ken asking for veneers initially to repair a tooth that was excessively shaved for invisalign treatment (by another orthodontist in another dental office) after 2 consultations, and much discussion (he is very patient, and very knowledgeable) he decided a more conservative approach would be best for my teeth. Gum contouring, bleaching, bonding material for that one front tooth, and a little tooth contouring and the results are amazing! He could have easily just gone ahead and done the veneers for $$$$,but he considered the big picture and gave me the results I was looking for for a fraction of the cost. Great front office staff, hygienist and assistant staff as well. Highly recommend Dr. Ken Rawlinson!
