The reception area is...interesting to say the least. They seem to do everything they can to not have to interact with you when you first walk in. When I went to speak to one of them, I basically got scolded by the other lady and told to go sign in at their computer (which I’m sure the keyboard and mouse don’t get cleaned very often). The rest of the staff is friendly though. So when I am done with my appointment, since I had my next appointment already scheduled, I go to leave which is when I get hollered at by reception then she curls her pointer finger at me to come back. Not sure what the deal is, but I couldn’t appreciate it.

We were on vacation in Narragansett, several hours from our daughter’s orthodontist when she had a bracket come loose and issues with the wire. We called early Monday morning and spoke with Dale. She got us in that morning. The Doctor was wonderful with my daughter and we were in and out in minutes. Their patients are very lucky to have such a great practice.
