One of the few great dental offices around. The entire staff is compassionate and friendly. No clue how anyone could rate this office less than a 5*, and I’ve been there multiple times.

Awful staff, they don’t tell you details of what they’re doing on your next appointment, and expect you to somehow know. With the Cleanings they’re not gentle with your mouth and stab your gums then say “you don’t floss”, and their tooth extraction was a traumatic experience.

Do NOT go to this dentist. I went to him for two crowns in January and he has failed every time to put them in correctly. I have had constant mouth pain for 7 months because of this dentist and he just doesn’t even have the decency to care. I had to go to another dentist to be told the margins were not sealed properly and that the sensitive core of both teeth were left exposed. There are many other options for dentists in Attleboro, it is worth a few extra minutes of driving to spare yourself months of pain from a botched procedure.

I scheduled an appt for a family member, had to change the date to the following day and told the front desk not to worry about confirming that we would 100% be there. Morning of the appt I sent the family member to the office the women was extremely rude to her and told her the appt was not confirmed. I had to call while I was being seen at urgent care for an allergic reaction and complain to get them to take her for a seriously infected tooth. I explained in depth that she has a memory issue and to let me know what took place at the appt. never happened. This morning my family member called me this morning to tell me that she thinks she was given a prescription at the appt and that she misplaced it. I called the dentist office to have them fax the prescription the women Mona answered was so unpleasant when I asked her to fax it. I had inform her that I called cvs and requested them to call to get it faxed but they couldn’t, I gave her the name and address of the pharmacy and instead of doing her job and faxing it over. She gave me such a horrible attitude about how she doesn’t have time to get a fax number and that I needed to do it. To say the least that cannot follow instruction nor can do they employ polite or respectable people.

Wow. Worst dental experience ever. The receptionist told me over the phone that they took my insurance so I booked an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, I asked her again if she was sure that they took my insurance. She said she was positive. While waiting in the waiting room, I overheard her tell a patient over the phone, “ go ahead, leave us a bad review. We don’t read those anyway!” I should have left then. Then, the dental assistant had to keep taking xrays over and over because she couldn’t figure out the machine and wasn’t getting much help when she asked for it. She told me she didn’t really care, because she was quitting soon anyway. When it was finally time for the cleaning, she polished very quick and said there was no need to do more, that my teeth were already clean. I hadn’t been to the dentist for almost 2 years at that point. It was also closing time at that point. When I called back a couple days later to cancel my future appointment for a filling; because of the service I previously received, the receptionist told me they didn’t take my insurance and sent me a bill for $263.62. I’ll be posting regular reviews, so maybe the next person won’t get ripped off.
