Putnam Family Dental

Putnam Family Dental is amazing, i broke a tooth on sunday and had a permanent crown on thursday….i could have had it sooner but i didnt have time till thursday…..they make the crown on site….they are quick, painless and the staff is awesome. They make you feel very comfortable .

Putnam Family Dental should be your only option if you live in this area. Dr. D and Dr. A are both very professional and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and you are comfortable through the whole process. I had to have all of my top teeth removed and left that day with a full set of beautiful teeth. They were there to answer any questions or concerns I had during the healing process. Dont think twice this is the place you want to trust with you and your familys smile.

I have always been very fearful of the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. Because of that I dreaded going to the dentist. I reluctantly called to make an appointment here after hurting my tooth while eating popcorn. The office got me in same day even though I had never been a patient there before. When I arrived, I expressed being very nervous, all the front desk staff was very reassuring and the office manager even offered to hold my hand and sit with me in the room which was so nice. I didnt think she was serious but she actually popped in the room to sit with me. The dentist was hands down the most kind and knowledgeable dentist I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me being so fearful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and felt comfortable with. He has such a kind demeanor and presence. I highly recommend this dental office. My experience with them was nothing short of excellent. All the staff were very kind. They took the time to make jokes to make me laugh and share stories of their fears. This office is full of very caring staff that goes the extra mile. I would give 10 stars if I could!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service. Office manager-she is a real piece of work. Missed one appointment because it was booked out, office never called to remind me. Told me it was my responsibility, yet my husband and own son get called all the time for theirs. Dentist is awful, horrible bedside manner-when I finally moved on due to the office being condescending to me the new dentist within a month of switching found two cavities that were so bad he didn’t know how this place missed them. They are also charging for fees of service I never received.

I have never been so happy with a physician’s office, be that a dentist or any other medical professional. The front desk staff are courteous and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs, whatever they may be. The dentist are through and won’t recommend and procedure that isn’t necessary just to pad your bill and the hygienist have my seven year old looking forward to cleanings! Could not recommend them enough!
