My dentist - shreya shah is absolutely the best! She listens and cares. She is very gentle and does an excellent job! When I needed to be seen when I was having an emergency, she and the staff got me right in. Overall great place to go. The staff and dentist are 5 star.

Literally just felt tortured!!!! I am pregnant, im telling her i feel all the pain and she just pulled my tooth out anyways! I went yesterday and heard a guy screaming that he felt everything and i should have walked out when he did! Never again will i go here! Im going to emergency room now, i didnt even get prescribed tylenol for pain

Dr Shah ,the absolute best dentist I have ever gone to I’m 65 and I have been to quite a few dentists in my time,but this lady is hands down the absolute best I had 9 teeth pulled with just novacaine,never felt a thing ..she is caring,she listens to your concerns and addresses them I can’t say enough good things about Dr Shah...the girls at the front desk are friendly and professional Heather is the best ,They all rock Thank you for a smooth dental visit ,you made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands Thank you again I highly recommend Plainfield Dental 😁😁

I had to have an extraction done, but the tooth was completely gone leaving only the root. I was so worried that this would be a really difficult procedure that I prolonged it until now. I was stressed out all weekend and finally its appointment day. Before Dr. Manik, (just realized that’s his first name), put anything into my mouth I questioned as to how common this was being that there was no tooth to latch on to, only the root. He said very common and also easier. After the numbing kicked in and a little pressure he was all done. I thought he was still filing, suctioning, rinsing, etc. To my surprise, it was so quick and painless that I asked to see the tooth/root. Long story short, he’s the BEST dentist ever and truly cares about his patients. His assistant Kristina is awesome, always there to calm me down. Heather’s friendly voice and knowledge is a plus. Had my teeth pulled told them how previously another dental place had to put something on to stop bleeding they did not listen 4 and 12 hours later still bleeding had to go to hospital to get it to stop. They do not listen to clients about past problems. My honest choice would be -5 stars.
