Made 2 trips for my niece here, first time the appt. Was scheduled wrong, had to come back, 2nd time we pull up and dr calls in sick this place is a wreck! After driving 2 hours this is ridiculous find a diff dentist!

When I arrived for my 8:30 appointment to my impression to be made they weren’t open and didn’t open till 8:45. Once inside because I hadn’t been there in for a while I had to fill out paperwork as if I had never been there not just update what was on file. Meanwhile they had to verify that my insurance was still good after waiting for over an hour and watching several others go in ahead of me I was ready to leave. When I got got up one of the girls I believe noticed that I was obviously upset told me that they almost had it figured out and when spoke my mind about the situation they immediately took me back once in the room they made the impression three times before they got it right and told me to return Friday morning at 10:30 to try a wax mockup of my new denture. I took off work Friday for this. The weather Friday morning was snowing but took my time and drove the 22 miles just to find that nobody was there, I had not received any kind of notice to come in so not only lost another day’s pay but I still have no denture and will now have to sacrifice another day for this. Thank you Affordable Dentures for being completely incompetent. Signed a very disgruntled client.
