Amazing Team 3Convenience 2Same-Day Service 2When i came in for my appointment I stood at the front desk for 7min while the waiting room had one person in it and from what i could tell only a few patients. So not very busy. But stood there while the office Manager Jazmine and her coworker sat feet in-front of me with their backs turned having a nice chat session. Finally Jazmine realized I was there she didn’t get out of her chair but instead loudly greeted me. I gave my name but she couldn’t find me. Then she proceeded to ask what I was there for in no discreet fashion what so ever. Then she rudely said well I’m not on the schedule cuz they called me twice,,WHATEVER THAT MEANS! I confirmed via text, I should have been good. Anyway, being Aspen dental is ALWAYS slow she was able to fit me in back in my time slot..The rest of the staff was friendly and supportive through my appointment. Jazmine, the office manager in Plainfield was EXTREMELY rude from start to finish. She lacks any type of customer service skills. She has absolutely ZERO discretion with talking to or about her customers or staff for that matter. So, way to go Jazmine. You just cost your office $30,000.00. Of my business I’m going elsewhere.

was able to get in same day within an hour for extreme tooth pain, i decided against doing anything at that visit but he made sure when i left i had something to help ease the pain while waiting to see my normal dentist. staff were extremely helpful and friendly, great teamwork from everyone.

The office was cleane and smelled really good when entering. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and polite. The person that helped me was Jasmine! Very friendly and helpful to me and my questions.

Aspen dental has changed my life. From excellent communication to excellent care, the staff are all amazing. Everyone took extra care to make me comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend anyone who has put off dental work due to bad experiences to definitely call Aspen Dental.

I had such a great experience at the Plainfield location of Aspen. They got me in the same day, within twenty minutes of me calling. They offer complementary exams and scans which resulted in my visit being free thankfully. Molly was phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. On top of charting, she also helped me entertain my daughter throughout the exam, which really helped to minimize stress while I was dealing with the pain. I’m beyond thankful to the office for their quick response!
