My dentist referred me to Dr. Gaither, who was pleasant. In my opinion his staff leaves much to be desired. Many phone calls during office hours were not answered. Many messages left were never returned. I was told they would do certain things only to find out later they did not do them, which cost me money. When I raised my concerns no one responded. So I have gone to another perioddontist.

I just went back for a cleaning and was very impressed with the changes made at the office to protect the patient and staff from covid-19. This office has taken every precaution necessary to protect and prevent the spread of the virus; from taking my temp before entering office to checking my pulse and blood pressure and adding doors to individual cleaning workstations and changing suction process. Thank you Dr Gaither for taking this serious and keeping me safe!

Many people dread the dentist, and while I may work in the dental world I don’t love being in the dental chair either. Today was different, and I must share... *First he tickled the inside of my lip with a vibrator while giving injections. Yes I said vibrator but dont get it twisted. I didn’t know he giving me a shot til I opened my eyes and saw the syringe. 😆 *Then he hummed along to the radio while working on me. Reminded me of how parents soothe their children when they go to bed or don’t feel good. I almost fell asleep at one point! When is the last time your doctor sang you to sleep???🎶 *Once my procedure was complete he even sent me home with dinner! 🥄Welcome to my new diet plan. 😔 Thank you Dr. Wade Gaither, Susan Mathis Gaither, Suzanna Steele and Leslie Christensen for being so great and taking care of me!!! 😍 #GaitherPerio #MyDentistIsBetterThanYours #MaybeIWillGetSkinnyAgain
