Dr. Robin and all of her staff are amazing! I’ve been seeing her for about 15yrs and I was terrified of the dentist when I first came. Dr Robin made me feel totally at ease I would strongly recommend any dental work or cleaning by her or her staff. If you are looking for a wonderful place with a hometown feel, look no further!

I was needing a new dental practice. I’m SO thankful I chose Atkinson! Fantastic practice and excellent staff! My experience was top notch. I’m surprised at the few recent negative reviews. I had not been to a dentist in a few years. They were extremely professional and my teeth are in excellent condition. Yet, I take really good care of my teeth. No cavities! My teeth health is excellent and I was leery due to people claiming they were over charged. Not true! Also, I needed a crown, that fell out over a year ago, replaced. I went in for my cleaning, which was easy peasy because I take awesome care of my teeth and got lots of compliments on that! Then they took care of my crown the same day! THAT is what makes my new chosen dental practice SO great!

Staff will definitely make you feel like a common criminal. Oddly they must not accept many Cash Paying patients. They will text you the amount due prior to the appointment and then repeat the charges as if you don’t have the funds to pay, very condescending. Then upon arrival immediately ask for $1900 upfront with no “Hello”. This all done with the explanation that it’s policy and in past have had money issues. If there was a small bit of customer service and staff perhaps trained to not make people feel they can’t afford what they are scheduled to pay.
