From the first phone call to schedule my appointment, to the end of my root canal, everything was so easy. The receptionist was so kind and helpful in getting me scheduled ASAP. Taylor was so good at keeping me calm (severe anxiety) and talking me through the steps prior to the procedure. Dr. Nelson was very kind and understanding. He advised me as he completed each step and before he changed instruments. This was truly a great experience all the way around, and I highly recommend this office.

Needed a root canal done on a molar. Dr.Nelson took great care of me. Numbed me up good and then had me in and out of that chair in no time. Thank you again.

Let me start by saying, I am terrified of oral surgery...TERRIFIED. I had to have a root canal retreated pretty urgently as the tooth was infected and Debbie (front office associate) responded urgently and with all the information needed including connecting with my regular dentist for my insurance and previous xrays which you may think is standard, but is rarely done seamlessly. I was treated by Dr. Nelson and Tayler. Dr. Nelson went through all of my options on re-treatment vs extracting the tooth as well as the risks and pros of both options; all while I am tearing up because I am already not looking forward to the re-treatment. All of my questions were answered prior to starting treatment and I was asked routinely through the session how was I doing and making sure I was comfortable. The compassion their team has is exceptional! The service itself was quick and painless; made even better by the 80s music which added a layer of routine-ness which put me at ease - like this was just another Tuesday for them. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend them especially if you have previous bad experiences at other offices.

If you are looking for a competent doctor… gets the job done and doesn’t pull your leg this is your guy. My face went numb in the chair because I had to get two root canals on the upper right molars.. I about died inside and the dentist reassured me it was normal and it was gonna be okay.. I’m a grown man and for him it probably caught him off guard, what he doesn’t realize is my face has gone numb for weeks before from dentists, not knowing if feeling would ever return. I’m writing this review 6 hours later, my face has returned, and all the normal recovering things that come with root canals that he thoroughly explained would happen is happening and Im healing. I’m not in pain anymore. Went to a dentist that tried to save my tooth and did a filling in another, both ended up with terrible pain … thank you Dr Nelson, I won’t go anywhere else.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! I feel like I can safely say none of us truly enjoy getting. A Root Canal BUT with this team it makes the entire process a DREAM! From start to finish they make everything as seamless and easy as possible, everything is so well explained and every member of the team is incredibly helpful and thoughtful! Don’t hesitate to make your appointment!
