Very informative very helpful very professional and very cozy dr terry Jackson slid me in between patients just to examine my situation and then made sure to show me I was in good hands this plus a wonderful staff equals a completely comfortable environment where you feel safe I will most definitely be switching to this location I have never felt so comfortable while sitting in a dentist office!!!!

Got braces 13 yrs. ago from Dr. Jackson and still ppl compliment them all the time of how straight they are! Great work and gentle!

This review is not referring to Dr. Jackson he is a great dentist. This is referring to the desk staff. They are rude and snooty and treat you poorly and harass you. I received a call that I was in collections and I called them to clear the matter up as I was under the impression I paid my full balance as I had a card on file. AUTUMN some newer girl huffed in the phone and was so snotty and wanted me to know she did not handle collections as she smacked her mouth in the phone. I have never been treated so poorly. Brittany then blew my phone up with 12 text messages at once. WHO DOES THAT!? She did advise apparently it was my card I had on file so I did follow up with them and got my card straightened out. But for me to be treated like I was is just unjustified. I will be paying this balance off and looking for a new dentist office. If he would get rid of these two rude girls he could save his patients!
