I been going to Dr. Cason for over 10 years. The mangers Sharon is the highlight of the office. Sharon has the best customer service experience. She has always been very nice and kind. She is very knowledgeable of the dental industry. Kudos to Sharon and the staff .

Although Dr. Cason is an amazing person and treats his patients well, his front desk coordinator Sharon Thomas is extremely unprofessional. She does not know how to conduct herself and diffuses situations. Instead she hangs up on clients, and speak over them. She does not respect humans legal rights and uses false statements to go against the rights of humans.

The Customer Service Representative, Sharon is very rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to conduct herself and diffuses situations. Instead she hangs up on clients, and speak over them. She does not respect humans legal rights and uses false statements to go against the rights of humans. They have lost me as a patient. However, Dr. Cason is amazing. He is completely friendly and communicates very well with his patient. I have been with him since I was 7 years old, yet I have to leave because his front desk coordinator is completely rude.

I have been going to Dr. Cason for years. He is very kind and truly cares about doing what’s necessary to take care of your teeth! Affordable services! Friendly and fun staff! Even after leaving Nashville 10 years ago and switching all of my doctors to local practices, I refuse to change my dentist! I highly recommend Cason Dental Center!
