Implants 3I made an appointment with Dr. Jackson per my dentist Dr. Dennis Segman. I went and was charged out of my pocket 950.00 for a scan. After that I I kept calling them off and on for seven months for an appointment for implants. I was always told he was in surgery. No return messages. Then I went to office seven months later to find out they would schedule me an appointment. I advised the receptionist I didn’t want an appointment since I had been treated this way. I asked if the scan could be forwarded to another dentist she said no mam. I lost 950.00. I was not happy with this practice.

I was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. D.Carl Jackson, & his office for upper front dental implants, his work was excellent, but the Dr. & staff always left you with a feeling of "honest kindness " & good humor, thank you "Doc" & all your staff.

Dr Jackson is so nice and very professional and informative. His staff are wonderful and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product when we’re finished. I would definitely recommend DrJackson for your oral surgery and implants! Thank you, Kristina Manning

10 stars needed!!! For anyone that has a fear of dental care, Dr. Jackson is a saving grace! He is courteous, gentle, and sincere, oh and let me tell you after seeing him and talking to him my fears were very much eased and I knew I had found my surgeon, this time and hopefully if I ever need him in the future I will always go back to him! He is very one on one with your care, from start to finish! He even calls you at home after 7pm just to check on you! What surgeon does that! I’ve never met one until now! I just can’t say enough good things about him! His staff are all wonderful also, Lori, Tabitha, and Noma! Very respectful, and courteous, oh and Noma has a wonderful bedside manner love her very much! Thank y’all all for taking such good care of me on such a short notice!! You are an amazing bunch!!!

Last summer, during a routine pano x-ray, our wonderful pediatric dentist found a large mass in the jaw of my 7-year-old, and referred us to Dr. Jackson. Dr. Jackson was able to quickly schedule a consult and surgery to remove the mass. Dr. Jackson’s staff emailed us pictures of our little guy in the operating room as he was drifting off. They doted on him and even teared up, telling us how well he did. I was so blown away by how kind and generous they were to us! They were so professional and incredible to us, but were especially wonderful to our little guy, as we went through a very emotional and tumultuous month. I would recommend anyone and everyone in need of this type of medical care to Dr. Jackson!
