Love this place! The dentist is oh so sweet and the staff is the best! Those girls know how to make you feel comfortable they also make sure you understand your benefits and will work with you if needed. Its the only place me and my kiddos will go!

First time there today and they were all very welcoming. Nice & friendly staff. I like how they explained the insurance coverage by breaking it down for me and showing me the prices. I will be returning for treatment next month.

I have been going to this location for 3 years and have always experienced excellent service. The office manager and support staff are very welcoming. It is always great to see Mona because she engages in good conversation. Dr. Hatt’s was very gentle and made the procedure very comfortable. I recommend them to every family member.

My apt was at 1030a, I got there at 10a, it was 12p when I decided to actually leave. Not only was the wait soo long but the place was a mess, soo dirty... the restrooms, the breakroom, the storage room... the only dentist I saw was relaxed back on a patient’s chair texting on his phone while the patients wait outside for hours. The kids run all over the place from lobby to the back office area, to the private rooms where one would assume work was being done. (Except it wasn’t ) Not sure if they sanitize the seats after each patient because one lil boy was scratching his hair all over the patient seat, there were no seat covers. The front desk staff service was ok and friendly but the overall hygiene, unprofessional of the dentist and the wait killed it for me..... I will never go back.
