Hello the staff in back are great dr love is wonderful …. He need to get rid of Carrie she has a very nasty attitude and rude they tried to over charge me and filled my teeth decay out and left bare and this was oct got sick and they scheduled me an appt in move now remind u I haven’t talked to these ppl at all since oct and i get a manual text from them appt at 8 i was in hospital with flu ….. i am looking into a way to take charge and do something about my teeth that they just left bare open and it’s Carrie she is trash and she has to hate herself the way she treats people

Dr. Love and the Dental Hygienist are all very polite and kind. The issue with their office is that if something is wrong with your insurance they will wait THREE YEARS to even say send you a bill for hundreds of dollars. So instead of saying something after the first appointment that there was an issue they continued to say I was covered and treat me. If their people who dealt with the insurance and claims of the patients had ANY ethics, they would make sure patients knew instantly that something wasn’t working with insurance and not just let them come back again and again creating a bigger and bigger bill to throw at them three years later. It boils down to the fact that they just really don’t care about the people who come into their office.

I had an appointment on February 14th, I was told it’d be 2 weeks to get my insurance verified, I received paperwork from my insurance company a week after my appointment, so everything was verified. It’s now April 23rd with no call back about an appointment to get work done. This office is a JOKE!!!!!

Extremely friendly staff very skilled in their craft. HIGHLY recommended. If your scared of the dentist its only because you’ve never been here. My x wife recommended this practice and I’ve recommended to dozens of people due to the awesome atmosphere.

I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind to us; even when we can’t make it to an appointment, they’re always so understanding in working around getting not only me, but my three siblings seen all together. They’re all very nice people, and always making conversations and makes our appointments interesting. Even Doctor Love himself is very nice and funny. I’m very lucky to found a dentistry who cares about their patients and always makes our visits comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s able to see them.
