Front ladies were nice and thorough in explaining new patient forms. Sitting area was clean and they provided beverages to those waiting. My exam was thorough. Any questions I had, my dentist provided thoroughly response. My first time experience was a 10 out of 10. I will be returning.

We were so happy to find Waco Family Dentistry! The staff was incredibly helpful from my scheduling of my first appointment to the end of my experience. My dental hygienist was very professional, explained everything in detail and made me feel right at home. Excellent job! Then I got to meet my new dentist...and I really thought things could not get any better, but they did. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking professional, knowledgeable and caring dental care.

Great place has a very comfortable and warm feeling. The staff is always professional and shows. A great amount of appreciation. Towards its patients. Dr. Shawb is the best. From his met a greet to his chair side manners. Waco Family Dentistry, keep up the great work!

This was my visit at the Waco Family Dentistry so my initial screening and teeth cleaning was done by Brittney. Brittney was a blast and the cleaning was my best experience ever. She made me feel very comfortable and was continually asking how I was doing. This was the very first time I have ever left a cleaning without having residual discomfort. I especially liked how they did the teeth polishing up front so I didn’t have to leave with a gritty feeling in my mouth.
